Planning Finance Project and Process Automation Lead

Job Summary:

The Planning Finance Project and Process Automation Lead will be responsible for overseeing finance-related project execution, process optimization, and automation initiatives. This expert-level role focuses on driving efficiency, accuracy, and scalability within the finance department by leveraging advanced process analysis and automation techniques. The role requires collaboration across various teams to ensure project success and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage finance projects focused on process improvement and automation from initiation to completion.Analyze existing financial processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for automation.Design, implement, and monitor process automation solutions to enhance productivity and reduce manual effort.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, Operations, and Finance, to ensure smooth execution and alignment of project objectives.Develop and maintain process documentation, training materials, and performance metrics.Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies during process transformations.Act as a subject matter expert for process optimization and automation tools.Identify and mitigate risks associated with project execution and process changes.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field.Certifications in project management (PMP, PRINCE2) or process improvement methodologies (Lean Six Sigma).Prior experience in finance transformation or automation projects.
