WHAT DOES THE ROLE ENTAIL?

\n\nLong term resource planning - maintain staff rosters, schedule training and manage leave\nUpdating various IT systems, used for payroll and resource planning\nGenerate daily reports for site managers, and upload new employees on to the payroll system\nWork through a shared inbox - responding to queries and dealing with requests\nCommunicating effectively with colleagues and agencies face to face, as well as by phone and email

WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU?

\n\nPrevious experience in an Administration or Planning role is essential\nStrong IT skills and a confident user of Excel is essential\nAbility to work under pressure and meet deadlines\nExcellent communication skills - calm, friendly and professional\nOrganised, with the ability to quickly and accurately react to any given situation\nPrevious experience within an airport would be an advantage
