About The Role
Reporting to the Head of Supply Chain Planning, this role manages Production and Network Planners to ensure optimal inventory levels at minimal cost, adhering to planning policies. It is responsible for planning production lines and the warehousing network for up to a year, ensuring NPD and new formats are supply-planned.
The role involves liaising with internal and external customers to maximise inbound service performance and includes a 'dotted-line' responsibility for site Schedulers. It also manages stakeholder communication to address conflicts and capacity constraints, minimising financial and service impacts.

The ideal candidate for the Planning Manager role will have:
Demonstrable supply chain experience, together with significant exposure, gained ideally in a fast-moving consumer goods environment. Multi-site experience or experience for a large site with multiple production lines. SAP experience would be beneficial but is not essential.
