Project and Development ServicesWhat this job involves:Steering projects at the helmTo be stationed in (India), you’ll work side-by-side with the senior projectmanager to ensure the success of a project—from its pre-design phase to its completion.You’ll assemble and lead various project teams; monitoring the teams’ performance, andbringing out the best in every team member. We achieve our biggest success when workingtogether, so clear communication is key, as is collaboration and team work. You’re also incharge of creating the organisational structure, project objectives and working proceduresfor the teams.Your project management skills will also be of great value, as you set up clear project costplans and allot sufficient budget to achieve optimal results and meet the company’s targetprofits. A structured and organised approach with an eye for detail is crucial. Also part ofyour job is to attend project meetings as required, develop monthly reports and carry outcontract administration.
