Job Title: Planning Manager Job Code: 21050 Job Location: Londonderry, NH Job Schedule: 9/80: Employees work 9 out of every 14 days – totaling 80 hours worked – and have every other Friday off Job Description: This role will support various functional areas with all things related to learning and development. As a Leader, this role will identify, build and coordinate development programs that build high performing individual contributors, leaders and teams. Through partnerships within and outside the business, this role will drive career growth and retention across the manufacturing sites. Essential Functions: + Support the effective utilization of the Site’s Learning Management System + Work with functional Leaders to provide both competency-based training and developmental programs to both the exempt and non-exempt work force + Build programs that support career pathing and succession planning + Analyze learning and development needs and provide solutions to the identified needs + Work with outside institutions and vendors to provide training and development activities + Coordinate the relationship between the company and state agencies that provide training services + Ensure compliance to AS9100 standards in all training related requirements + Advise functional leadership on development strategies + Assist in providing strategic direction to Site leaders on people resource planning + Provide expertise and guidance on employee engagement, onboarding and development throughout the employee lifecycle + Travel 25%: travel between 2 facilities and local vendors Qualifications: + Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 9 years of prior learning and development experience. Graduate Degree and a minimum of 7 years of prior learning and development experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 13 years of prior learning and development experience. + 4 years’ experience supporting all levels of leadership.
