Our London-based EMEA & UK team comprises c. 100 people, who are dedicated to Disney’s business, and supported by local teams in 27 markets across the EMEA region, who are a true extension of our team. **Overview** **About the role....** **Publicis Media is actively seeking a** **Planning Manager to work** **across one of our most exciting clients** **Disney** **across Experiences UK & EMEA (Parks and Cruises more specifically) and new client Zynga Gaming across the UK, US and EMEA.** **Reporting into** **two** **Planning Director** **s you** **will work across the media output for Disney Parks and Cruises in the UK and EMEA markets and Zynga Gaming** **Responsibilities** **About the work....** + Support the Associate Directors, with the day-to-day smooth running of Disney Parks and Zynga business + Have an active role in strategic planning alongside the Planning Associate Director; assisting and often leading responses from briefing to execution, whilst also analysing campaign performance once campaigns are running + Support Planning Associate Director in ensuring strategic direction is followed through from client brief to activation ideas and execution + Managing Execs accuracy and due diligence when inputting all approved media plans into Publicis Imagine planning and reporting tools + Overseeing Planning Executive and supervising delivery of regular reports and documents to support smooth running of the campaigns + Supervision of Planning Executive in all financial and administrative reporting workstreams + Support Planning Associate Director in driving best-practice thinking, innovation and proactively propose new opportunities and operational efficiencies + Ensure excellent relationships with other Publicis Imagine teams such as Investment, etc. + Forge strong relationships with key media owners keeping fully up to speed with market trends and developments + Drive team development by helping them attend suitable trainings and finding opportunities for them to showcase their knowledge and expertise + Be an excellent storyteller; shape strong responses and confidently present to key Disney stakeholders + Be an active participant in helping build the Publicis Imagine team and culture, contribute back to the agency via broader Publicis Media participation – present in planners meetings, sharing knowledge, etc **Qualifications** **What you need to succeed....** + Strong media planning skills required + Excellent 360 communication skills; a clear communicator who can build strong internal and external relationships + Critical thinker; someone who is not afraid to challenge assumptions + Excellent storyteller; shape strong data driven responses + Confident presenter; be able to clearly and concisely present responses to key Disney stakeholders + Strong Excel and PPT skills required + Effective line manager who has the ability to nurture and develop a Planning Exec + Have a strong opinion, bring new ideas to the table and make an impact on our business + Have the ability to speak up and challenge others when necessary to ensure best outcome for client and Publicis + Have a strong UK cross-channel media planning background with focus on AV and digital + Partnerships knowledge and experience also a plus + Whilst not compulsory, experience with EMEA markets is highly desirable + Passionate about The Walt Disney Company and everything its brands have to offer + Display genuine passion for the media and gaming industries + Enthusiastic, energetic and collaborative with the ability to work in a fast-paced, often reactive environment, juggling multiple tasks and projects simultaneously **\#LI-RC1** **Additional information** **Publicis Imagine** has fantastic benefits on offer to all of our employees.
