As a Planning Officer, the ideal candidate will be responsible for the daily schedule realization, monitoring of Production & Packaging of the Plant and for relative Planning KPIs reporting.

What you will do:
Follow Planning Department processes as defined by SOPs & TDRs requirements Prepare, review and follow the short-term (3 month) packaging schedule according to the requirements, focused on achieving the desired KPI and service level Assist in the realization of the day-to-day packaging plan Daily monitoring of printed materials status and appropriate movements between warehouses Define reasons behind changes of schedule Collaborate with internal teams, departments as required Be responsible for reportingThe ideal candidate should have:
Bachelor’s degree in relevant field, Engineering, Logistics & Supply Chain or Business Administration Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in Production PlanningJob-Specific Skills:
Excellent communication in English language (writing & speaking) Knowledge and experience in SAP and Microsoft Office Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines Exceptional communication skills
