Planning Officer
YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Leading the project of add new supplier for high-risk materials according to material risk ratingCreation, maintenance and management of material master data Purchase material according to demand and production scheduling, ensure supply, and maintain reasonable DOH level Prepare, maintenance and management production BOM Coordinate the investigation of event and deviations found during material receiving and using process Lead the change process when the supplier/material have any changes Coordinate with procurement team to push supplier service level improvement Package materials Artwork management Identify and implement material improvement opportunities in terms of cost, quality, HSE and customer experience Other tasks assigned by line manager
WHO YOU ARE
Bachelor degree or above in supply chain management, chemistry or pharmacy related majors Familiar with GMP and related regulations Familiar with office software, such as excel, PPT, ect. Familiar with SAP system Good leadership, coordination, communication skills Good learning ability and result orientation, accuracy, ect.
