The Role As an Associate in this Planning team, you will: - Act on a broad range of contentious and non contentious planning matters - Acting on compulsory purchase work, highways matters, drafting and negotiating Section 106 agreements, footpath/highway closures, judicial review, infrastructure agreements and village green issues. -Work on projects across all sectors. -Work on high-profile projects. -You will be assisting on complex cases and running your own caseload.
