**Material Planner – Pharmaceutical & Cosmetic Products** + **Location:** District 9, HCMC + **Job Type:** Permanent, Full-time **About the Role** Are you experienced in material planning and supply chain processes, with a proactive approach to managing procurement activities? We are seeking a **Material Planner** to oversee **Material Requirement Planning (MRP)** for **pharmaceutical** and **cosmetic products** , ensuring the timely availability of materials in compliance with **inventory policies** , **regulatory requirements** , and **customs procedures** . In this role, you will manage **SAP MRP processes** , coordinate with **internal teams** and **external vendors** , and provide **data updates** for **cash flow and purchase planning** . You will also play a key role in mitigating **supply risks** while contributing to **continuous improvement projects** at the **manufacturing site** . **Main Responsibilities** **1. Material Planning (Packaging Material for Liquid Workshop):** + Manage **monthly MRP activities** in **SAP** , including **purchase orders** and **rolling forecast updates** to vendors. + Oversee **material delivery schedules** , ensuring **customs clearance** and **material replenishment** as per the plan. + Handle **import permits** for imported components, ensuring compliance with **pharmaceutical laws** and **customs regulations** . + Manage **SKU portfolios** , including monitoring **slow-moving** and **obsolete inventory (SLOB)** , and preparing **monthly provision reports** . + Maintain **SAP MRP parameters** to ensure data consistency across modules (PIR, Production Version, Quota Management). + Coordinate with **global buyers** and **vendors** to ensure **procurement processes** run smoothly without risk of **supply interruption** . + Provide **cash flow and purchase planning data** , including **3-month and 24-month rolling updates** and **annual budget calculations** . **2. Compliance and Risk Management:** + Ensure all **procurement activities** comply with **local and international regulatory requirements** . + Mitigate **supply risks** by monitoring **purchase price changes** , **supply disruptions** , and **other constraints** . + Handle **import permits** in compliance with **customs and pharma regulations** to avoid delays in material availability. **3.
