Periodically monitors and evaluates the Cooperative's performance. Drafts guidelines for the formulation of plans and scorecards. Contributes to crafting processes and procedures for the development or improvement of products, services, policies, and programs. Integrates, assesses, and assists in the approval of proposed plans and programs. Provides inputs and assists in the conduct of feasibility studies, review and improvement or development of products and services, and formulation of new or improved policies and programs. Facilitates the conduct of workshops. Prepares periodic reports. Performs such other duties as may be directed from time to time.
