Reporting to the Plant Manager the Plant Administrator performs administrative support with day-to-day operations. Preparing and maintaining all data for plant payroll, labour hours, work orders, creates inspection and test check sheets for manufacturing. This is a full-time permanent opportunity.

What You Get to Do: 

Provides administrative support to the Plant Manager and Lead hands Process all required paperwork for new hires, recalls, and layoffs for hourly staff at the plant Perform administrative duties related to timekeeping & reporting such as time entry for hourly staff, sick/ late request, data entry, filing etc Expenses/Vacation tracking for salaried manufacturing staff Prepare and manage reports on hours worked for plant employees Preparing Inspection and Test Checklists for units on the production schedule Liaison between plant and office regarding status of work orders. Perform other duties as assigned.

Who You Are: 

2-4 years’ of relevant experience in a manufacturing environment Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of Kronos and Power BI is an asset A self-starter with a go getter attitude.
