About (Insert Plant Name & Business Segment)

The Delmar Plant is a part of the OC Insulation Business Segment.

The Owens Corning Delmar Insulation Plant is a flagship plant within the OC Network that has been in operation for 47 years producing Fiberglas Insulation. The plant operates two production lines 24/7 and employs ~280 individuals.  Since 2020, Owens Corning has made significant investment into the Delmar facility specifically to bring in more automated equipment and advanced technologies. The plant produces residential insulation for the North American building materials market. Delmar utilizes the Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) operating model. Since 2018, the plant has been on a TPM journey with goals to achieve JIPM Level 1 in the coming years. This plant is a strong exporter of talent to higher roles within OC and within the plant team.   

 

 

 

What You Will be Responsible For

As the Delmar Plant Controller, you will be primarily responsible for the following –

Living the safety stand, while adhering to all safety standards and responsibilities Ensuring the proper existence of & adherence to compliance and internal controls Reporting to the Plant Leader, you will conduct financial planning, forecasting, reporting & analysis to create financial transparency and to encourage effective decision-making Actively leading and contributing within a cross-functional leadership team Driving plant productivity

The base salary range for this position is $119,000-$154,000 with the potential for up to an additional 25% if the applicant hired has additional related qualifications.
