At Danfoss, we are looking for a Plant Controller to join the District Energy (DEN) business unit, which covers 9 production sites and supports 56 sales organizations worldwide.
In your new role, you will take on broad business responsibilities within production and controlling, become a member of the production management team and report directly to the Plant Director for our Slovenian location in DEN business unit and our Factory Controlling Lead.
Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following.
Ensure timely and accurate preparation of monthly financial reporting. Preparation of various reports for management and daily operations. Perform cost controlling. Support in Capex projects. Ensure accurate standard cost prices together with operation team. Support in the preparation of budgets and forecasts of production units and production plant. Participate in business partnering with relevant business stakeholders. The ideal candidate possesses these skills.
Has at least an undergraduate degree in economics. Has at least 3-5 years of work experience as production/supply chain controlling of a manufacturing company. Comes from an international environment and is well acquainted with business processes in the field of production accounting and controlling. Excel mastery at an advanced level, candidates with knowledge of Hyperion programs or SAP FI / CO preferred. Actively uses English. It is structured, reliable and has above-average analytical skills, and able to work in teams and are self-driven.
