In your new role, you will take on broad business responsibilities within production and controlling, become a member of the production management team and report directly to the Plant Director for our Slovenian location in DEN business unit and our Factory Controlling Lead. **Job Responsibilities** Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following. + Ensure timely and accurate preparation of monthly financial reporting. + Preparation of various reports for management and daily operations. + Perform cost controlling. + Support in Capex projects. + Ensure accurate standard cost prices together with operation team. + Support in the preparation of budgets and forecasts of production units and production plant. + Participate in business partnering with relevant business stakeholders. **Background & Skills** At Danfoss, we believe that a diverse and inclusive workplace fosters creativity, innovation, and a broader perspective in decision-making.
