PLANT CONTROLLER
KENANSVILLE PLANT
As a member of the Finance team, the Plant Controller, will be responsible for building, developing, and maintaining a world class finance team that protects the assets of the company, ensures integrity in all financial reporting and partners with the operations and commercial leadership teams to meet or exceed all financial targets for the business.
The Role:
Your work will include, but not be limited to:
Communicate clear financial targets for North America Fabric, a textile plant with ~$120M Revenue. Provide actual, budget & forecast results to operational and commercial teams. Measure actual performance v forecast v budget with clear understanding of variances. Support and drive weekly KPI performance. Work closely with Operations, Commercial and R&D to develop robust financial targets. Ownership of Month end reporting. Maintain a strong control environment and ensure compliance with SOX. Drive Free Cash Flow initiatives to manage Inventory, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable and Capex spend. Manage a team of 3 and work closely with Shared Services.

Your Qualifications:
Excellent IT skills, especially Excel. Experience of working in a complex, manufacturing environment. Strong ERP systems knowledge and skills/ experience. Internal control experience. Staff management and motivation to achieve team and plant objectives. Professional accounting qualification / Degree / MBA. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Automotive experience. SOX experience. SAP experience. HFM Experience.
