Key Accountabilities:Develop, analyze and interpret statistical and accounting information in order to assess operational results in terms of profitability, performance within the budget and other matters relating to the fiscal soundness and operational efficiency of the plantPrepare budgets: annual and general for the companyPrepare economic reports to report to the group's headquartersFunctions as a source of knowledge about the details and mechanics of financial systemsResponsible for economic feasibility studiesResponsible for evaluating the finance department and oversight on internal audit cost accounting and budget controlsCoordinate the accounting closings: monthly and annualDirects internal controls in financial and management reporting activitiesMake sure to support all activities that involve the annual audit carried out by external auditorsGenerate general ledger activity and allocate among the various corporate entitiesResponsible for the development of employees to increase the level of talent for the companyEstablish continuous improvement plans that lead to a more efficient organizationFacilitate efficient and open communication within the department and with other departments in the organizationEnsure the respect and compliance with the safety and cleanliness rules of the workstationContinuously ensure the improvement of health, safety and environmental conditionsParticipate in the definition, implementation and maintenance of the organization's policiesParticipate in the definition of objectives of the Environmental Management Policy, Health and Safety at Work.Actively participate in the continuous improvement of the Environmental Management Policy, Health and Safety at WorkEnsure compliance with environmental, health and safety at work standards, policies and practices in accordance with their level of responsibilityDevelop a culture characterized by good professional ethics and involvement in the process among employees in all areasComply with environmental, health and safety, quality and productivity standardsComply with the organization's rules and internal regulations: Code of Ethics, practice and working periodRespect workplace safety and cleanliness rulesPerform other tasks not included in the activity for which they were hired, when the needs or convenience of service so warrant, for the period of time necessary for the aforementioned needs or convenience of service
