This position is responsible for ensuring the financial statement integrity and internal controls of the Mt. Pleasant location.  As the Plant Controller, you will partner with the plant management to provide timely and accurate data to support business decisions such as sourcing, pricing, and long-range planning, as well as participate in cross-functional teams throughout CertainTeed and Saint-Gobain.

Day to day responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Ensure accuracy of location’s financial statements. Partner with plant management to increase plant efficiency and profitability. Drive location profitability and growth through ownership of the financial analysis. Ensure the timely completion of the location’s month-end financial reporting. Prepare all post-closing location’s financial analysis, performance reports and commentary. Prepare, maintain and analyze product standard costs. Oversee and reconcile inventory cycle counts and annual physical inventory.
