Plant Coordinator

In the role of Plant Coordinator, you will support activities which bring people, resources, and priorities together. You will assist with planning, preparing, executing, and tracking all activities related to engagement, culture, and onboarding in alignment with the company’s overall vision, mission, and behaviors. **How you will contribute** You will support: **Events and Administration** + Coordinate activities in alignment with specific project outcomes. + Interact with team members to promote initiatives and activities. + Lead set up and breakdown of all bakery related events, coordinate support as needed. + Assist with communication channels such as posting, displaying various company messages, designing, printing, and organizing company related materials. + Manage ordering supplies, maintaining inventory, tracking cost and participation based on company rules and processes. + Support and participate in activities related to communication, training and developing team members. + Support IL6S journey, key priorities, and HR initiatives in alignment with company vision. + Perform duties as needed related to budget, expenses and purchasing processes. + Create/Answer calls and emails, responding to queries and requests appropriately. + Manage archiving and filing in line with statutory requirements and company policy. + Undertake and support additional projects and tasks as requested. + Support coordination of all logistics for travel, events, meetings, training, etc. where required. + Prepare and revise meeting and presentation materials. + Coordinate lunches, dinners, and restaurant reservations, as needed. + Be certified as the Admin Master Shopper (Purchase Orders, Expense Management) **What you will bring** A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career, and the following experience and knowledge: + The ability to be highly engaged, self-motivated, and passionate about inspiring people. + Customer service oriented, with the ability to communicate effectively, transparently, and the ability to actively listen. + Inherently adaptable, has the ability to multi-task, and can manage diverse situations with frequently changing targets. + Effective written, verbal, and non-verbal communication skills. + Proficient at Microsoft Office programs and systems. + Ability to receive and execute communication from multiple parties and can navigate as instructed. + Maintain a level of decorum and etiquette that represents the values of the organization. **More about this role** + The daily priorities of this role will fluctuate based on business requirements, activities, and established targets. To be successful, in addition to the duties and responsibilities, you must be comfortable with a flexible schedule. **Education / Certifications:** + Highschool Diploma (Required) **Job specific requirements:** + Minimum two years’ experience in a manufacturing or high-performance organization + Two or more years of experience supporting at the executive level in a global company. (Preferred) + Knowledge of six sigma or lean six sigma methodologies (Preferred) + Creative or visionary design experience (Preferred) **Work schedule:** + This role is on-site and has varying shifts. You must be fully flexible. “The base salary range for this position is $54,800 - $82,200; the exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with the possibility of overachieving based on performance and company results.
