For our Appetizer Plants in Rilland & Kruiningen we are looking to recruit a Plant Cost Controller. Working location will be mainly Rilland.

 

Cost Price Management & Control

Determining Standard Cost Prices (quarterly, annually, ad-hoc updates) Analyzing & reviewing of the standard cost prices with Plant Manager, R&D, Quality Control, and Procurement

 

Production Control

Building reports for both production sites which provides accurate and meaningful data and figures for Senior Management and Plant Manager Monitoring, analyzing, and reporting of plant performance (weekly, monthly) Coordinating of weekly and monthly plant performance reviews with Plant Managers and Cost Controllers Implementing effective cost management to control plant expenses Leading yearly & quarterly budgeting & forecasting for all plant cost related items Supporting Plant Manager in setting annual manufacturing operating targets Participating in the Plant Leadership Team meetings 

 

Supply Chain Control

Implementing control of inventory (raw materials, WIP, finished goods) Implementing control of Freight & Storage expensesAnalyzing & Reporting of supply chain related variances monthlyLeading yearly & quarterly budgeting & forecasting for all supply chain related costsInvolvement in the demand & production planning 

 

Investment and Capital Expenditures

Reviewing capital expenditure requests and assessing impact on standard cost pricesIn collaboration with accounting, reviewing the financial status of capital projects 

 

Education & Skills

Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field 2+ years of experience in a production environmentExcellent excel skills Analytical, critical, detailed oriented  Strong communication skills A self-starter, takes initiative and ownership Experience with ERP systems an asset: SAP, Power BIFluent in Dutch and English (verbal and written)
