Within the Global Central Function Industrial Operations, we are looking for a Plant Customer Quality Coordinator.

The Plant Quality Coordinator will guarantee the product quality, manage customer audit, non-conformities up to the definition and closing of corrective actions, as well as the analysis of market returns and communication to the customer.

Main responsibilities:

Ensures customer management and customers' KPIs both internal and external, including  customers' 8D report release. Defines and guarantees the application of corrective actions for non-conformities.  Manages customer audits together with quality assurance and process quality areas. Involves other departments, executes a root cause analysis and causes identification.

Main requirements:

Technical University Degree;  At least 5 years experience in similar roles; Attitude towards manufacturing contest; Experience in supporting and coordinating the Team in troubleshooting activities;  Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills; Fluent in English.

Nice to have:

 German Language knowledge; Credibility, Customer Focus, Commitment and Supplying solutions complete the profile.
