**Position Summary**
We're looking for someone to shape and lead our manufacturing and sourcing strategies to make sure our products reach global markets on time and at the best cost, while maintaining top quality. You'll develop long-term manufacturing plans and lead our production team. Analyzing production needs and ensuring the right processes and machinery are in place for both current and new products is key. You'll also drive productivity, compliance, and lean manufacturing initiatives to keep improving all plant functions. Additionally, you will be responsible for fostering a positive and collaborative work environment, emphasizing the importance of team engagement and improving morale. Your efforts will ensure that team members feel valued and motivated, leading to increased productivity and overall job satisfaction. Through your leadership and coaching, you will develop a high-performing team focused on achieving the objective of being the supplier of choice through Lean Manufacturing practices, continuous improvement initiatives, safety management processes, quality management processes, and facility cultural initiatives.

**Essential Functions**
+ Deliver the financial results according to the annual plan and manage financial performance.
+ Set plant policies in line with company or divisional policies
+ Execute manufacturing schedules based on production forecasts and plant capacity.
+ Balance production to meet market demand and manage inventory through Integrated Business planning processes.
+ Lead the application of methods and production standards in line with safety programs.
+ Ensure maintenance of production equipment, tools, and dies.
+ Manage industrial and labor relations and establish open communications with all teammates
+ Oversee execution of staff development and training.
+ Role model Edgewell’s values and behaviors and create strategic plans to support the team and individual development
+ Organize team-building activities, facilitate open communication (across departments and shifts), recognize and reward team achievements, and address any concerns or conflicts promptly.
+ Initiate or approve capital and expense budgets with area managers.
+ Develop and implement long-range strategic manufacturing plans and determine sourcing strategies.
+ Work across functional lines with all levels of management within the plant site, division, and group.
+ Interact with federal, state, and local control agencies as well as major suppliers, third-party manufacturers, and customers.
+ Maintain a pipeline of initiatives to improve productivity, quality, safety, and sustainability.
+ Develop staffing plans to meet demand and optimize efficiency.
+ Ensure plant compliance with FDA/cGMP and OSHA standards.
+ Coordinate an overall strategy of continuous improvement.
+ Promote and practice company values and behaviors.
+ Perform additional job-related duties as requested.
**Required Skills and Experience**
+ B.S. in Engineering and/or Business Administration; a graduate degree in a technical or business field is desirable.
+ Experience in direct line supervision and engineering staff management.
+ Experience with supervising large hourly and salaried staff.
+ Lean Manufacturing/Continuous Improvement knowledge and implementation experience.
+ Requires 10+ years of related experience.
**Preferred Skills and Experience**
+ Experience and understanding of cGMP regulations in OTC products/prescription drug products or Medical Devices
+ Advanced knowledge in SAP, Microsoft Office, and Quality Tracking Management Systems.
+ Experience with Integrated Business Planning (IBP)
+ Core competencies in continuous performance, team leadership, change management, strategic thinking, collaboration, innovation, continuous improvements/Lean, and developing the organization.
The salary range for this position is $160,000 - $240,000. Actual base salary offered to a candidate may vary based upon factors including, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance.
