Requirements:

Bachelor's degree preferred, or relevant experience considered

Proficiency in heat transfer, fluid dynamics, and thermodynamics

Experience with industrial equipment such as valves, pumps, and seals

Capability to recommend equipment parts, upgrades, and assist in equipment selection

Minimum of 5 years' manufacturing experience; Industrial or Chemical manufacturing preferred

Willingness for occasional travel

Responsibilities:

Analyze performance data and outputs to keep equipment and processes running smoothly

Implement technical solutions to unique problems within the plant environment

Support all aspects of manufacturing equipment and processes with input, ideas, and analysis

Additional Information:

On-call rotation required due to 24/7 plant operation

Must be comfortable working in potentially hot, noisy, or dirty environments with exposure to carbon black

Potential consideration for Plant Manager role depending on qualifications
