Plant HRBP

§  Develop and implement a range of HR programs relating to recruiting, learning compensation & benefits, staffing, goal/performance management, etc.

§  Drive Learning culture through learning initiatives for blue- and white-collar employees. Follow through People campaigns (goal setting, performance management, global salary review) as rolled out by Schneider Electric

§  Drive Employee engagement for all employees by driving survey, conduct the focused groups, action plan.

§  Run employee engagement/well-being programs, leveraging cross department resources.

§  Identify where new or updated policies and processes are required and implement them accordingly.

§  Handle employee relations issues from the initial incident, undertake investigations, identify solutions and follow through until completion.

§  Provide day-to-day coaching, counseling and development as needed.

§  Monitor attrition and retention trends and provide ongoing coaching on best practices and action planning.

§  Lead/Support other HR projects and programs as assigned/needed\: Eg. Diversity and Inclusion, Retention program, Recognition program, etc.

§  Manage HR reporting, data analytics, audits and administration.
