As the Plant Human Resources Manager, you will lead HR activities within the facility, focusing on labor and employee relations while developing and implementing a comprehensive 1-to-3-year HR strategy through the Kellanova Work System Framework. Your strategic vision and outgoing positivity will be key to engaging and supporting the plant team. Relocation package available.
A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing
Strategic Planning & Business Alignment: Develop and execute a 1-to-3-year HR strategy that aligns with business objectives and collaborate with senior leadership to ensure HR initiatives support these goals. Labor Relations & Human Resources Management: Lead employee relations efforts, providing guidance on EEOC, Affirmative Action, and addressing employee concerns effectively. Training, Development & Culture: Oversee training programs, develop leadership and production associates, and drive a positive culture with professional development opportunities. Performance Management & HR Analytics: Implement performance management systems aligned with strategic goals and use HR data to inform decisions and measure effectiveness. Compliance, Risk Management & Leadership: Ensure HR policies comply with legal requirements, mitigate risks, and contribute to overall site strategy as a member of the leadership team.
We’re Looking for Someone With
Bachelor’s Degree with related work experience or a High School diploma/GED with significant related plant work experience. Demonstrated experience in Human Resources, including in-depth experience with employee relations. Track record of genuine care and engagement with production employees. Strong leadership and team management skills. Ability to think strategically and act with E.D.G.E. (Every Day Great Execution) Proficiency in HR analytics and data-driven decision-making.
