Job Summary
Reporting to the Director of Human Resources, you will manage human resources, employee relations and labor relations at a single plant location. Responsible for several areas of human resources such as safety, recruiting, labor relations, training, EEO/AAP, benefits, employee relations, compensation and continuous improvement. Assist top management in planning, implementation and evaluation of talent and HR activities. Involves administration of existing programs observing policies and procedures including EEO compliance.
You Will:
Provide direction and counsel regarding human resources aspects of plant operationsManage employee relations through issue resolution phaseLead talent management, succession planning, organizational development and organizational effectiveness processes programsHandle all phases of the staffing process including requisition, recruitment, interview and selectionLead in the development, implementation and auditing of policies and proceduresAnalyze training and development needs. Lead the development and administration of training programsManage regulatory compliance efforts.Lead culture in assessment processes and provides direction on development and implementation of action plansLead year-end processes including performance management and salary planningYou will have:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related degree preferredMinimum 5 years of professional experience in Human Resources in a manufacturing environmentDemonstrated experience with ERISA, EEOC and DOL regulations, employment sourcing, communications, human relations, and management skillsDemonstrated experience with benefits and compensation administration, market pricing, labor law, and organizational developmentDemonstrated experience managing projectsExperience with PeopleSoft, Workday or other HRISDemonstrated ability to effectively multi-task with a strong sense of urgencyPrevious management experienceNumber of Days in Office: 5
