Job Description

You will act as the IT Operations leader for the site which they manage reporting to GC Site Digital Technology Leader and accountable to the Plant Manager / Site IT leader; You will oversee all IT operations in their site and will collaborate with local resources to support IT components in the OT space.

Accountable for the following IT focus areas at the plant:

E2E IT operation managementOperational excellence (always on) IT & OT Infrastructure & NetworkingSystemic remediation of IT issues identified by global internal auditorIT Continuity planning (avoid unplanned downtime)IT Compliance, Cybersecurity vulnerability, & Info SecurityEquipment management (servers, switches), Inventory OwnerServices request, and management (wireless, network, SOW's)Network Cabling SPOC, coordination activities.Work plan will be adapted to the site priorities and will require technical mastery to implement IT technical work. The IT leader will balance capacity in line with local CBN needs and global GBS focus area.

Qualifications

Service Operations – Manage applications and infrastructure components in a production environment. ITIL Foundation Certified would be beneficialIT Security & Risk – awareness of cybersecurity requirement and support local cybersecurity team into the remediation planCommunication skill in both Chinese and EnglishRisk Analysis – Ability to analyze the risk to operations vs. the cost to prevent it and develop best practices with policy makers on IT Continuity standards.Ownership & Accountability – High level of capability for independent work, priority setting and ability to meet deadlines. Ability to flow to the work depending on business situation.Quick Learner – Need to be able to handle onboarding quickly to a complex and varied environment.
