Este puesto será responsable de la recepción, almacenamiento y manejo de materiales, garantizando la continuidad de las operaciones de formulación, empaque y distribución de productos terminados, en cumplimiento con nuestras políticas de inventario. **In this role, you will:** + Coordinar y dirigir las actividades relacionadas con el manejo, almacenamiento y distribución de materiales y productos dentro de la planta. + Colaborar con el equipo de Supply Chain para asegurar la programación, reposición y gestión eficiente de materiales. + Gestionar el inventario de productos terminados (FG), así como las actividades de envío/recepción/transportación de insumos y productos, de acuerdo con el cronograma de entregas. + Ser responsable de KPIs clave, como Capital de Trabajo, Rotación de Inventarios, Utilización de la Capacidad del Almacén y Cumplimiento del Cronograma de Entregas. + Gestionar y asegurar la precisión del conteo cíclico, ajustes de inventarios y procedimientos de recepción y almacenamiento. + Velar por el cumplimiento de los estándares de **seguridad** , **calidad** y **controles internos** en todas las operaciones del almacén. + Impulsar la mejora continua en el equipo de operaciones, asegurando la implementación efectiva de la metodología **TRACC** y la correcta aplicación de herramientas operativas. \#​LI-ONSITE **What we look for:** + Capacidad para analizar datos, formular conclusiones razonables y desarrollar planes de acción estratégicos. + Habilidades de liderazgo, comunicación efectiva y colaboración tanto interna como externamente. + Experiencia en liderazgo de equipos multidisciplinarios, con capacidad para influir y coordinar esfuerzos en un entorno dinámico. + Dominio del inglés intermedio (para comunicación escrita y verbal con la sede corporativa). + Conocimientos intermedios de MS Office (Excel, Power BI, One Drive, SharePoint). + Experiencia en el uso de herramientas de planificación avanzada como SAP.
