Your role and responsibilitiesJob OverviewResponsible for the daily management of the Plant logistics warehouse, apply the concept of lean logistics to optimize warehouse operations, ensure the efficient storage, circulation and precise control of raw materials, so as to support production needs and reduce costs.You will be mainly accountable for:1. Warehouse Layout Optimization: Design the warehouse layout according to lean principles to improve space utilization and material handling efficiency, reduce the distance of material movement and time loss, and regularly evaluate and adjust the layout.2. Precise Inventory Management: Set and optimize safety stock, use the inventory management system to ensure the real-time accuracy of data, monitor inventory levels, collaborate with the procurement department to prevent shortages and overstocking, conduct cycle counting and annual inventory checks to ensure that the accounts match the actual situation, analyze differences and improve processes.3. Coordination of Material Receiving and Inspection: Communicate with the procurement department to ensure the efficient and on-time receiving of materials, coordinate and connect with the IQC (Incoming Quality Control) inspection work, and follow up on the subsequent handling of unqualified materials.4. Material Distribution and Shipping Management: Precisely distribute materials according to the production plan and PFEP (Plan For Every Part), optimize distribution routes and distribution methods through data collection and analysis.5. Storage Equipment and Safety Management: Plan the selection and procurement of equipment, establish a sound warehouse safety system and training system, regularly check the fire-fighting facilities and safety hazards in the warehouse, cooperate in implementing warehouse fire drills, forklift special accident emergency plans and related safety activities.6. Team Building and Management: Recruit, train, assess and motivate team members, create a lean culture atmosphere, organize training activities to improve the professional quality of the team, formulate performance indicators and conduct regular assessment and feedback, promote team cooperation and communication, and enhance the overall execution and innovation ability.7. Data Analysis and Continuous Improvement: Collect and analyze warehousing data, identify problems and opportunities, formulate improvement plans according to the lean logistics methods and organize their implementation, regularly report on operating indicators and improvement results, promote the continuous optimization and upgrading of warehouse management, and support the company's cost reduction, efficiency improvement and competitiveness enhancement.
Qualifications for the roleBachelor's degree or above in logistics, warehousing, supply chain management or related majors, with more than 5 years of experience in raw material warehouse management. Those with experience in implementing lean logistics projects are preferred.Proficient in warehousing management processes and inventory control methods, proficient in operating logistics information systems, and familiar with the integrated application of ERP systems.Possess excellent team management, organization and coordination, and communication skills, and be able to effectively promote cross-departmental cooperation.Skilled in using lean tools and methods to solve practical problems, with innovation and change management abilities.Work rigorously, have a strong sense of responsibility, good stress resistance, and possess good professional ethics and qualities.
