What You'll Be Doing

Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on plant equipment and machineryTroubleshoot mechanical issues to minimize downtime and ensure operational efficiencyWeld, fabricate, and assemble components as needed for plant operationsInspect and maintain conveyor systems, crushers, screens, and other aggregate processing equipmentCollaborate with plant leadership to support safety and production goals

Demonstrated mechanical aptitude and ability to work with industrial equipmentProficiency in welding, cutting, and fabrication techniquesStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detailAbility to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environmentCommitment to safety and continuous improvement

Conditions of Employment

Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background checkSome positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing

Work Environment

Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
