You'll ensure the safe, effective, and efficient utilization of labor, materials, equipment, and in-process inventories. You'll lead focused improvement projects and professional training activities to meet developmental goals. - + Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related technical discipline. + 10-15 years of manufacturing experience in progressive leadership roles, preferably with experience in mineral fiber processing.
