Develop and manage operations-related plans and budget. (AOP)
Establishment of Capital Plan for the site
Establishment of Productivity Plan and Pipeline for the site
Establish Plant goals and objectives for each of the Key areas including Engagement, EH&S, Quality, Delivery, Cost and People
Executes the OLR, identifying key talent and establishing actions plans to develop people and create bench strength
Assess plant capacity to address potential bottlenecks to support customer demand
Execute monthly reviews to track progress VS key objectives including capital execution, Productivity, New products introduction etc.
Co-leads the SIOP review, Ensuring the teams are taking proactive actions to enable the execution of the supply plan
Participate in Mentoring and Coaching programs
Execute gemba walks across all areas of the plant, interactiong with all organizational levels and reinforcing the operational excellence culture
Holds daily operational review with the site leadership team following the MDI methodolgy
Holds weekly Mission Control reviews to track progress VS the strategic / transformational plan
Execute plan wide communication meetings to share results
Execute monthly reviews of key customer innitiatives to improve quality and delivery metrics
Monitor adherence to internal controls
Monitor progress of engagement innitiatives, establish contact with FLL's
Monitor proper execution of all the EH&S innitiatives, Insures full compliance to all legal requirements
Engages in regional innitiatives as required
