  MAU is hiring a Plant Manager for Vibrantz in Ashtabula, OH. As a Plant Manager, you will oversee the overall operations at the Ashtabula facility. This is a direct-hire opportunity.

Benefits Package Competitive compensation package Health, dental, and vision insurance 401k Paid vacation and holidays Paid time off Opportunity for advancement Relocation bonus Required Education and Experience Bachelor’s degree; AND 8+ years of industrial experience in manufacturing leadership positions within a plant environment; OR 15+ years of industrial experience in a manufacturing leadership position P&L responsibility experience Experience in the Chemical Manufacturing Industry General Requirements Demonstrated success in developing and executing manufacturing strategies and optimizing operations to achieve cost reductions and productivity gains while operating in a demanding customer environment Knowledge of computers, inventory systems, quality systems, OSHA and EPA requirements, and ERP Preferred Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field Lean Six Sigma Certification Experience in a Union Environment Experience in sites that are ISO 9000/NF certified Essential Functions Develop manufacturing plans following company policies, goals, and objectives Link established processes and leadership execution in the areas of Safety, Health, and Environmental in keeping with the company’s proud legacy of attention to safety, the environment, and the communities in which it exists Deliver operational excellence through optimizing capacities, total cost-effectiveness, and value to the customer base Ensure operation plans achieve targeted cost and efficiency results that maximize value for the business unit Optimize capital expenditures to sustain operations, drive SH&E value, and deliver growth products Promote structured continuous improvement utilizing methodologies such as Lean Execute plans for quality and process excellent that ensure consistent quality assurance and process excellence procedures, controls, and feedback Ensure adequate people development plans and capable succession plans are in place Promote employee engagement initiatives to increase employee satisfaction Design, develop, and implement production systems to meet customer requirements Manage productivity and efficiencies using metrics and continuous improvement protocol Perform other tasks as required #PS
