Career Opportunity:
As a Plant Manager, you are responsible for the day-to-day activities of the plant manufacturing operations, including safety policies, personnel, housekeeping, production activities, meeting customer requirements, and executing the production plan. Ensure compliance with all S.O.P.s and work instructions. Foster a team atmosphere, provide vision, and demonstrate support of the company’s core processes. You will serve as a member of the management leadership team. You will also serve as a coach to team members and assist in the development and evaluation of direct reports.

What you need to succeed:
Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent related work experience required. 5-7 years of manufacturing management experience.Minimum of 10 years of manufacturing experience, preferably with at least 5 years in the printing industry.Strong math and measurement skills to understand, track, analyze, and report on operating metrics.Must have business acumen. Understanding ROI, P&L reporting, manufacturing operational databases.Demonstrated knowledge of capital management including identifying opportunities where operational investments can have maximum impact.Established courses of action for self and/or others to accomplish specific planning goals.Excellent time management skills with proven ability to meet deadlines.Proficient with MS Office and related software.Ability to perform well in a high-paced and, at times, stressful environment.Effective written and verbal communication skills.Proven record of fostering teamwork and establishing effective safety programs.Must be able to perform all essential functions of this job with or without reasonable accommodation.
