Education: bachelor’s degree required; Master’s in Business Administration or Manufacturing Engineering preferred. Experience: 8 + years in operations and department mentoring.

Operational Stability: Implement managerial systems to meet delivery expectations across various goals. Forging and Machining: Forging: Manage the process of transforming ingots into basic structures of rims using advanced molding and pressure techniques, incorporating safe work practices. Machining: Control machining operations to define the final characteristics of the rims, using CNC equipment, maintaining high safety standards. Key Results: Optimize production time and improve product strength and quality, maintaining personnel integrity and environmental respect.

The Plant Manager maximizes production efficiency at optimal costs while ensuring quality objectives and compliance with regulations. This role includes developing programs to reduce costs through increased productivity, promoting safe operations, and enhancing the plant's human resources. 

Reporting Structure: This role is unique in the sense of the exposure collaborating with key stakeholders across the organization. This position reports directly to the Manufacturing VP.
