**Job Title: Plant Manager** **Job Description** Maintain staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees. Oversee daily operations, manage and recommend budget items, aid HR in resolving personnel issues, and drive continuous improvement projects to increase efficiency and reduce operation costs. The facility is not temperature controlled; however, we do open windows for air drying.
