Plant Manager

In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

Lead all aspects of the administration of key functions, including Human Resources, Finance, Engineering, Operations, IT, and Quality, using systems such as the Strategic Plan, Board Meetings, Staff Meetings, Matrix Projects, and periodic reviews of critical metrics (KPM). Take ownership for developing and implementing procedures aimed at driving continuous improvement in various areas related to the organization's quality system. Be responsible for leading all aspects of the plant's long-term planning, staying knowledgeable about current manufacturing techniques, and foreseeing future trends, in accordance with the company's competitive advantage and overall objectives. Oversee the efficient administration of raw materials, work-in-progress (WIP), and finished goods to optimize inventory turnover. Insure the accurate administration in raw material, WIP and finished goods to improve inventory turns.  Revise and approve the human resources policies and procedures that supervise the employee’s behavior in the organization in the dimensions of integral performance, and an excellent labor environment. Take the facility to a special level that our customers will recognize as the outstanding of operational proficiency.  Own the elaboration of the annual budget for each department and ensure accurate administration, during implementation to maintain a better operation cost. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures across all activities and among employees. Nurture a culture rooted in the company’s Vision, Mission, and Principles, emphasizing strong interpersonal values. For This Role, You Will Need: Validated expertise in the export industry, preferably within the metal-mechanical sector. Demonstrated experience in managerial roles such as Manufacturing Engineering, Quality, and/or Materials Management. Demonstrated ability in an Operations Manager position. A minimum of 5 years handling quality systems. Proven ability coordinating material production processes.
