Plant Manager

In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

Lead the administration of the functions of Human Resources, Finance, Engineering, Operations, IT and Quality, through systems such as Strategic Plan, Board Meetings, Staff Meetings, Matrix Project and Period Reviews from (KPM / KPI) etc. Lead the development and implementation of the procedures that help to       continuously improve diverse areas that are related with the quality system in this organization. Lead the plant’s strategic planning, providing an updated knowledge and future vision of the world class manufacturing techniques, according to the competitive position of the company and corporate plans. Insure the high quality of the manufactured products through the process Control Plan, PFMEA, work instructions and processes monitoring.  Insure the correct administration in raw material, WIP and finished goods to maximize inventory turns.  Revise and approve the human resources policies and procedures that regulate the employee’s behavior in the organization in the dimensions of integral performance, and a great labor environment. Take the facility to a world class level that our customers will recognize as the best in class of operational proficiency.  Lead the elaboration of the annual budget for each department and ensure proper administration, during implementation to maintain a better operation cost. Ensure follow up of the company’s policies and procedures in all the activities and by the employees. Promote a culture organizational based on the Company’s Vision, Mission and Principles  Who You Are: You quickly and decisively take actions in fact-changing, unpredictable situations. You evaluate pros and cons, risks and benefits of different solution options You build constructive relationships with people both similar and different to yourself.
For This Role, You Will Need: Minimum 10 years of experience in the Export Industry, preferably Metal Mechanical Industry Minimum 7 years of experience on a Manager Position such as, Manufacturing Engineering, Quality and/or Materials. Minimum 5 years in a position as an Operations Manager. Minimum 5 years on management Quality Systems Minimum 5 years on management on Production of Materials
