Plant Manager
**In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:** + _Lead the administration of the functions of Human Resources, Finance, Engineering, Operations, IT and Quality, through systems such as Strategic Plan, Board Meetings, Staff Meetings, Matrix Project and Period Reviews from (KPM / KPI) etc._ + _Lead the development and implementation of the procedures that help to continuously improve diverse areas that are related with the quality system in this organization._ + _Lead the plant’s strategic planning, providing an updated knowledge and future vision of the world class manufacturing techniques, according to the competitive position of the company and corporate plans._ + Insure the high quality of the manufactured products through the process Control Plan, PFMEA, work instructions and processes monitoring. + _Insure the correct administration in raw material, WIP and finished goods to maximize inventory turns._ + _Revise and approve the human resources policies and procedures that regulate the employee’s_ behavior _in the organization in the dimensions of integral performance, and a great labor environment_ . + _Take the facility to a world class level that our customers will recognize as the best in class of operational proficiency._ + _Lead the elaboration of the annual budget for each department and ensure proper administration, during implementation to maintain a better operation cost._ + _Ensure follow up of the company’s policies and procedures in all the activities and by the employees_ . + _Promote a culture organizational based on the Company’s Vision, Mission and Principles_ **Who You Are:** + You quickly and decisively take actions in fact-changing, unpredictable situations. + You evaluate pros and cons, risks and benefits of different solution options + You build constructive relationships with people both similar and different to yourself. **For This Role, You Will Need:** + _Minimum 10 years of experience in the Export Industry,_ preferably Metal Mechanical Industry + _Minimum 7 years of experience on a Manager Position such as, Manufacturing Engineering, Quality and/or Materials._ + _Minimum 5 years in a position as an Operations Manager._ + _Minimum 5 years on management Quality Systems_ + _Minimum 5 years on management on Production of Materials_ **Our Offer To You:** Benefits At Emerson we offer a competitive benefits package to recognize and support our employees such as private health insurance with dependent coverage, flexible work opportunities, wellness center, door-to-door transportation, Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) and career growth focus and many more.
