Take ownership of continuous improvements

As Plant Manager, you will lead a team in a dynamic, stimulating production environment supplying specialty chemicals. You will be responsible for all aspects of plant operations, leading and motivating your team to achieve established targets.
You will take ownership of process improvements to ensure the quality, efficiency and delivery of key projects.

As a Plant Manager, you will be responsible for:

Leading subsea manufacturing plant in Macae, Brazil including machining, welding and assembly & test activities.Leading your team to deliver continuous improvement activities and exceptional quality standards through day-to-day operationsEnsuring your facility maintains and exemplifies Process Safety Management compliance in all areas through awareness and best-practicesProviding technical leadership to scope, plan, budget and monitor project activities to successfully deliver on-time resultsExceeding KPIs in all key business functions through internal and external customer satisfaction, effective communication and deliveryDeveloping a successful and motivated team through collaboration and training to ensure your team reflects our core values

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:

Have a Bachelor's Degree in Business or Supply Chain Management or relevant industry equivalent experienceLarge leadership experience gained in a supply chain or manufacturing environment and preferably, large supply chain experience. Demonstrate knowledge of Lean and Six Sigma and using it to shape improvement and sustain performanceShow impressive knowledge and awareness of Supply Chain competenciesHave a deep understanding of Process Safety Management (PSM) and Health, Safety and Envionrmental practicesHave excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to communicate effectively with customers and teamsHave a natural ability to motivate and influence a team of engineers and technical expertsDisplay a thorough and logical approach to proactively solving complex problems and implementing solutionsProficient in Portuguese and English.
