What You'll Be Doing
Oversee daily operations of the Rhyolite plant to ensure efficiency and safety.
Manage and lead a team of plant employees, fostering a positive work environment.
Implement and monitor production schedules to meet company targets, with a production volume of 1.7 million tons per year.
Ensure compliance with environmental and safety regulations.
Optimize plant processes to improve productivity and reduce costs.

Physical Demands of the Job
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
Frequent standing, walking, and climbing.
