What you can look forward to as Plant Manager Darlaston: 

Lead, manage and develop plant team with passion to ensure a problem-solving organization is installed by empowerment, clear accountability and compliance Drive financial and operational performance of the location to achieve short- and long-term business results (FCM) Foster environment of continuous improvement and create a long-term vision as well as develop strategic and operational planning for the location Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders Drive strategic development of the Darlaston plant

 

Your Profile as Plant Manager Darlaston:

Solid working experience in operations (esp. Lean Management) and relevant functions (esp. Project Management) Leadership experience incl. coaching/mentoring skills Transformation competence and organizational development skills Profound knowledge in digitalization and automatization  Business / finance management acumen as well as result-driven and solution oriented Fluent English language skills
