The Plant Manager is accountable for leading the teams to achieve production targets and operational excellence while inspiring employee engagement and innovation. With a focus on safety, quality, delivery, costs, sustainability and morale, this role is central to continuing journey to a high-performance operation in both factories. **Primary Accountabilities / Responsibilities** **People and Safety** : + Create an environment where employees feel valued, safe, and motivated to succeed. + Ensure compliance with Mondelez International’s safety, food safety, quality, and environmental standards. **Operational Excellence** : + Deliver production volumes on time, meeting Mondelez International high quality standards. + Drive productivity, efficiency, and cost improvements through continuous improvement initiatives and lean manufacturing principles. **Strategic Leadership** : + Translate corporate and regional strategies into actionable plans at the factory level. + Inspire and lead the leadership team to set ambitious goals and achieve outstanding results. **Collaboration and Communication** : + Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, local authorities, and unions. + Ensure alignment across functions and foster a collaborative team environment. **Innovation and Sustainability** : + Champion sustainability initiatives and support new product launches aligned with Mondelez International’s growth agenda. + Promote innovation to enhance competitive advantage and market leadership. **Knowledge, Skills, and Experience** + **Experience** : Minimum 5–7 years in manufacturing leadership roles, preferably within FMCG. + **Skills** : Exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, and problem-solving capabilities.
