Job Summary
In this position, the top priority will be the development of the Le Cannet Flavor site into world-class manufacturing site, as measured in terms of Safety, Quality, Delivery, Costs, Sustainability and People Development.The position is responsible for developing and implementing a regional network strategy that provides service and cost advantages and support the growth of the business.
The geographical scope of this position includes Site EH&S, Site Maintenance, Common Engineering & Projects, Wastewater treatment plant, RO Water treatment plant, Boiler, DG Electricity yard, Scrap yard, Security, OHC, Audit approvals (SEDEX, ISO 22K, ISO 45K, Factories of Industries Act) and Garden maintenance of the entire Le Cannet site
The functional scope of this position includes all Flavors aspects of People, EH&S, Quality, Delivery, Inventory, Cost and the supply chain including: customer service, planning, scheduling, production, Logistics, Export and imports, tolling, Warehousing and Distribution. The scope includes tactical and strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities (Flavors)
Development of Le Cannet into a world-class Flavors manufacturing siteLead process improvement effort for lead-time reduction and cost improvementResponsible for delivering results in Sustainability, Service, Quality, Costs, Safety and People DevelopmentCoordination and liaison with key business functions to ensure support of growth of the business.Development Le Cannet strategy which supports the EAME region strategyTeam leadership, coaching and development and developing succession plan for key positionsImplement various sustainability initiatives across the Le Cannet siteWorking closely with site leadership teams and other stakeholdersKey Responsibilities (Site)
Active leadership of Operations at the Le Cannet site and ensure full compliance with all permits for the entire siteLead shared teams as EH&S, WWTP, Maintenance, Engineering & Projects, Logistics and transition these to best in class teamsRequired Skills:
Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering or related fieldStrong process knowledge and process analysisStrong people leader with senior managerial skillsDemonstrated project management skills with strategic thinking abilityGood systems userGood financial understandingService mentalityFood Safety and Hygiene knowledgeRequired Experience:
