Annual Salary: $68-$72; DOE
Responsibilities:
Leadership & Team Development
Motivate and guide teams to foster a positive and productive work environment.
Align team efforts with company goals and initiatives.
Communication & Collaboration
Serve as a key liaison between plant personnel, senior leadership, and external partners.
Ensure clear and effective communication at all levels.
Operational Excellence
Maintain an organized, clean, and efficient facility.
Prioritize tasks and projects to meet deadlines and production targets.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and safety.
Decision-Making & Problem-Solving
Make informed decisions under pressure, particularly during production issues or unexpected downtime.
Identify process bottlenecks and develop solutions quickly and effectively.
Technical & Production Oversight
Understand packaging and distribution workflows, equipment operations, and material handling.
Monitor product and packaging quality, implementing corrective measures when needed.
Inventory & Supply Chain Management
Assist with inventory oversight, ensuring timely material deliveries and waste minimization.
Compliance & Safety
Enforce company safety protocols and ensure adherence to regulatory standards.
Support the implementation of safety initiatives across the plant.
Maintenance Management
Facilitate and track all maintenance activities through the CMMS system.
Schedule and ensure completion of preventative maintenance tasks.
Financial Awareness
Collaborate with the Operations Manager to support annual plant budgeting.
Monitor plant costs and help identify variances and corrective actions.
Performance Tracking
Participate in management reviews to analyze KPIs, recognize trends, and drive improvements.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
