Your mission, roles and responsibilitiesOur Just-In-Time (JIT) plant in Flers-en-Escrebieux is looking for its next Plant ME Manager!
This 22,000 m² site specializes in the assembly of fully trimmed seats for several leading automotive manufacturers, right in the heart of the Douaisis region.
As the Plant ME Manager, you will oversee the Manufacturing Engineering function at the plant level. You will lead a team of engineers to ensure optimal production processes, drive continuous improvement, and support the plant's strategic goals. Reporting to the Plant Manager, you will play a critical role in delivering operational excellence and maintaining high-quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensures the proper functioning of the support activities: "Install or modify production means," "Maintain production means," and "Manage the information system."Ensures the participation of industrialization methods in all development projects.Contributes to reducing committed capital through the optimization of development costs and the productivity of existing resources.Proposes any action to improve the quality of equipment, products, and industrial processes.Ensures the maintenance and availability of machinery.Ensures consistency in industrial strategies at the plant level.Participates in the training of operational staff on new processes.Guarantees the quality assurance approach within the production unit (FMEA, Surveillance Plan, control instruction sheets, workstation instruction sheets, etc.).Ensures, as an operational leader, that these support activities deliver the expected results in terms of Quality Management System performance.Supervises the methods and maintenance functions.Your profile and competencies to succeedQualifications:
