Job Description

Responsible for the data management for the ERP system in an entity. Areas of expertise\: digital tools, product lifecycle, cost analysis, data quality. Contribute to continuous improvement in administrative processes (RPA) by leading Lean Office projects.

Main Activities

·  In charge of Data Management for the site ERP system (Processes, Transactions, Key Users).

·  Secure Data Compliance\: Global Risk compliance, Key Internal Controls, SAP User Management, Data Process Audit, Data Governance.

·  Execute Data Maintenance\: Data Cleansing and Data Quality Report (Identify improvements to data quality processes as well as drive defects out of our system)

·  Administer through a workflow and update the product master data base, in concordance with the product life cycle (Marketing Alignment for new offers and Obsoletion Contest).

·  Manage internal transactions approval through workflow creation (One Shuttle).

·  Prepare data for ERP migration to SAP.

·  Physical Inventory and costing support (with Finance team).

·  Understand and integrate related technologies into the way of efficiently work a digital environment around planning, innovation, operation, measuring results, interacting with customers.

·  RPA development.
