Your mission, roles and responsibilitiesBuild up the Procurement Program by dividing and levelling piece procurements, based on inventory model. Follow up the Procurement Program realization by managing alert systems and follow the unloading, receipt and transportation of pieces. Follow supplier delivery performance and the service of logistics partners and propose appropriate improvement action plans. Adherence to material cost by following premium freight and spot buy budget. Secured supply for raw materials on weekly basis according to production plan. Claim to suppliers due to disruptions in the supply chain. Follow up current purchasing standards from schedule agreements (SA) with suppliers. Apply FES standards for effective procurement reliable receiving and just needed inventory. Verify that Sales and Production Plan (PIC) capacity requirements can be supported by suppliers and implement corrective actions when necessary. System set up and maintenance for parameters in SAP. Support and participate in the creation of methods to ensure the performance of the site’s management systems.
