Your mission, roles and responsibilities* Ensure the management of UAP managers and Managers of support functions (HR, Quality, Finance, Logistics, Purchasing ...)
* Ensure the safety, quality, deliveries and finances of the operational part of the plant,
* Fully responsible for the financial aspects relating to the UI of the UAP (manufacturing, costs, DL, scrap, retouching, etc.) (WIP, FG, PPAP),
* Fully responsible for the completion of the PDP,
* Ensure the back-up of the plant manager when he is absent,
* Manage the UAPs, have a daily control of the operations management and direct contacts with the UAP managers,
* Support the plant manager for the preparation and presentation of the budget, forecasts and the end-of-month review,
* Ensure the implementation of the Forvia Excellence system in the production area
• Fulfill legal responsibilities and communicate with local authorities once the plant manager is absent,
* Ensure the staffing, integration, training and development of employees
• Support for the management of the social climate and labor relations
