Job Description

Candidates will plan, manage, and guide multiple contracted services to meet operating and financial goals, client objectives, and customer needs. They will oversee Group Leaders who manage a Union Facility Group for a building or serve in a floating role covering multiple buildings at the Warren Tech Center. The role involves overseeing trades workers responsible for repairs on HVAC, plumbing, millwright, painting, and electrical systems. The candidate will need to manage repairs, scheduling, and ordering, with strong HVAC knowledge to oversee nightly operations in case of service repairs.

Work Environment

Work at the GM Tech Center, a large campus for GM. You will be in charge of a couple of buildings on the overnight shift from 10 PM to 6:30 AM.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Warren, Michigan.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $38.46 - $40.87
